2.1.3. Remote control of functioning of the electric drive of activators of door locks / activation of the anticreeping alarm system

Before making locking of doors, make sure that did not leave keys in salon! |
For remote control of functioning of door locks and activation of the anticreeping alarm system the special, executed in the form of a charm panel is provided.
The remote control (DU) allows to make activation of locks / the alarm system with distance to 10 meters (depending on area conditions).

Activation of the anticreeping alarm system (PANIC) is not represented possible at the key left in the ignition lock! |
On one car about 4 DU panels can be used. Information concerning acquisition of additional panels can always be obtained at company car repair shops Infiniti.
Refusals of operation of the DU panel can be caused by the following reasons:
- The key is in the ignition lock (see below the remark in the subsection Locking of Doors);
- Panel battery charge level fell;
- The distance between the panel and the car exceeds 10 meters.

Do not allow hit on the moisture DU panel!
Do not drop and do not shake the DU panel!
Do not allow long impact on the DU panel of direct sunlight and heating of its over 60 °C!
In case of loss of the DU panel it is necessary to make deleting of its identification code in the conditions of company car repair shop Infiniti! |

By default the system is installed on simultaneous activation of the alarm system and a siren of a horn, - at a nazhimaniye on the LOCK button of the DU panel lighting fixtures of the alarm system have to blink twice (including control lamps) and to peep once a siren. Nazhimaniye on the UNLOCK button leads to single operation of devices of the alarm system.
At the request of the owner of the vehicle the mode of normal functioning of the alarm system, with shutdown of a siren of a horn can be chosen, - pressing the LOCK button brings only to double operation of the corresponding lighting fixtures, unlocking of doors is not duplicated in any way. For switching of the mode at the same time press the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons of the DU panel and hold them pressed within at least 2 seconds. Transition to the normal mode is confirmed by triple operation of lighting fixtures. At return to the mode used by default single operation of lighting fixtures is followed by a short sound signal (see the table Scheme of Switching of the Modes of Functioning of Elements of the Anticreeping Alarm System at activation of the uniform lock from the DU panel).

- Take a key from the ignition lock.
|
|
At the key left in the ignition lock blocking of doors will work, however leaving of a key in the provision of ACC or ON will lead to refusal of activation of the anticreeping alarm system. |
- Close all doors.
|
|
At open doors locks will work without duplication by lighting fixtures of the alarm system and a sound signal. |
- Press the button of locking of doors (LOCK) on the DU panel (see an illustration of the Rule of the handling of the DU panel of the uniform lock), - blocking of locks will happen even if any of doors it is left open and/or the key is turned in the ignition lock in position of ON. Serviceability of activation of locks is confirmed by operation of the corresponding lighting devices / a sound signal, depending on the chosen mode (see the table Scheme of Switching of the Modes of Functioning of Elements of the Anticreeping Alarm System at activation of the uniform lock with the DU panel).

Pressing the LOCK button at the blocked locks leads to operation of the corresponding elements of the light / sound alarm system in confirmation of the fact that locking is already made. |

Unlocking of doors
The short nazhimaniye on the button of unlocking of doors (UNLOCK) on the DU panel (see an illustration of the Rule of the handling of the DU panel of the uniform lock) leads to unlocking only of a driver's door, and also to operation of the corresponding elements of the light / sound alarm system and 30-second activation of internal illumination of salon (at a right choice of position of switches of ceiling lamps).
For unlocking of all doors it is necessary to hold the UNLOCK button of the DU panel pressed within 5 seconds.

Activation of the PANIC mode
The PANIC mode is intended on a case of attack on the owner of the vehicle when it is near the car: keeping of the corresponding button on the DU panel (see an illustration of the Rule of the handling of the DU panel of the uniform lock) pressed within more than 0.5 seconds leads to 30-second activation of head headlights and sirens of a horn.
For shutdown of the PANIC mode before the expiration of 30-second term it is necessary to press any of DU panel buttons, or buttons of activation of the uniform lock of forward doors of the car.
Replacement of a battery

In order to avoid harming the environment utilization of the used batteries has to be made according to the requirements established by local authorities! |
As the power supply of the DU panel the lithium Sanyo CR2025 battery is used. Try not to subject the panel to moisture influence, you watch that in the course of replacement of an element in the panel dirt and/or oil did not get.

- Having hooked the suitable tool (or a coin), open the top cover of the panel.
- Take an old battery from the panel and replace it new, - track respect for polarity.
|
|
Try not to touch the printed circuit board of the panel and plugs of the battery. |
|
|
- Establish and densely latch a cover.
- For check of serviceability of functioning of the panel several times press on any of buttons its control panels.
