3.16. Check / adjustment of installations of turns of an idling / corner of an advancing of ignition / quality of air-fuel mix Before starting performing procedures of checks / adjustments, make sure of serviceability of a state and functioning of the following knots:
- Battery;
- Components of system of ignition;
- Motive oil and cooling liquid (levels);
- Safety locks;
- Contact socket of an electrical wiring of ECM;
- Vacuum hoses;
- Inlet air path (cover of a mouth of gas station of oil, oil level measuring instrument, etc.);
- Regulator of pressure of fuel (pressure);
- Piston group (compression)
- EGR valve;
- Butterfly valve;
- Components of system of catching of fuel evaporations (EVAP).

- On the models equipped with the air conditioning system switch off the conditioner.
- Transfer the AT selector lever to situation "N".
- When checking level of content of monoxide of carbon (SO) you enter the probe probe into an exhaust pipe not more deeply than on 40 cm.
- Switch off everything onboard consumers of the electric power (a headlight, the heater fan, screen wipers, heating of back glass, etc.).
- Bring forward wheels of the car into rectilinear situation.

- Visually check passability of the filtering air cleaner element.

- Adjustment of a corner of an advancing of ignition is made by deployment of the distributor of ignition after a preliminary otpuskaniye of bolts of its fastening.
- Having finished adjustment, kill the engine and connect an electrical wiring to the TPS sensor.

Step 4 — Check of installation of basic turns of idling
According to the scheme "with CONSULT"
|
- Consider the indication of the measuring instrument in the DATA MONITOR mode — the required value makes 700 ± 50 rpm (the AT selector lever — in situation "N").

|
- Perform measurement of turns of idling — the required value makes 700 ± 50 rpm (the AT selector lever — in situation "N").

At positive result of check you pass to performing procedures of a step 6, at negative results — a step 5.
Step 5 — Adjustment of basic value of turns of idling
|
- 2-3 times short breakthroughs lift the frequency of rotation of the engine to 4000 rpm (without loading), then dump turns to single.
|
- Make the corresponding correction of turns of idling by rotation of the adjusting screw.
|

Step 6 — Check of target turns of idling
According to the scheme "with CONSULT"
|
- Kill the engine and disconnect an electrical wiring from the TPS sensor.
- 2-3 times short breakthroughs lift the frequency of rotation of the engine to 4000 rpm (without loading), then dump turns to single.

Step 7 — Identification of a source of violation
|
- Check serviceability of functioning of the IACV-AAC valve — in case of need make replacement.
- Check a condition of an electrical wiring of the IACV-AAC valve — in case of need replace a plait.
- Check serviceability of functioning of ECM by substitution of obviously serviceable block.

- Check serviceability of functioning of ECM by substitution of obviously serviceable block.

Step 17 — Check of a condition of an electrical wiring left dokatalitichesky warmed up a lambda probe

- Kill the engine and disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
- Disconnect an electrical wiring from ECM.
- Disunite the contact socket of an electrical wiring a lambda probe.

- Check conductivity between the plug 50 ECM and the socket a lambda probe — conductivity has to take place.
|
|
- At positive results of check you pass to performing procedures of a step 18, at negative — a step 8 or 9 after preliminary replacement of a plait.

Step 18 — preparation for check of level of contents WITH
According to the scheme "with CONSULT"

- Switch in the subsection "COOLANT TEMP" of the ACTIVE TEST mode of the measuring instrument.
|
- By means of DWN and Qd switches expose COOLANT TEMP value of equal 5 °C.

|
|
According to the scheme "without CONSULT"
|
- Disconnect an electrical wiring from the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid (ECT).
|
- Connect the resistor with a resistance of 4.4 kOhm between plugs of the contact socket of an electrical wiring of the sensor.

Step 19 — Check of level of contents WITH in the fulfilled gases
|
