8.2.3. Removal and installation of a driving electric motor of the actuation mechanism of the transfer case

- Disconnect an electrical wiring from the transfer case.
- Disconnect a tube of a sapun from an electric motor of the actuation mechanism of the transfer case.
|
- Turn out fixing bolts and remove an electric motor.
|
|
|
|
|
The sealing ring is subject to replacement without fail. |
Installation
|
|
- Grease a new sealing ring with technical vaseline or ATF is fresher.
- Put a ring and establish an electric motor on the regular place, having tracked correctness of combination of the directing ledges.
- Tighten fixing bolts with the required effort (41 — 48 Nanometer).
- Connect a tube of a sapun to the motor.
- Restore initial connection of an electrical wiring.
