GTTs design


Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
  2. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the sensor switch of level of brake fluid.
  3. Remove a plastic cover, by means of the syringe or a rubber pear pump out from the GTTs tank as the bigger amount of brake fluid is possible, then establish a cover into place.
  4. Disconnect from GTTs and at once to a zakuporta brake lines.
  5. Release fixing nuts and remove GTTs assembled with the tank.
  6. In case of need remove the tank from the main cylinder.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components — track reliability of tightening of fixture. In conclusion pump over the brake system.
  2. Connect hydraulic lines and an electrical wiring of the sensor of level of brake fluid to the tank.
  3. Further installation is made as it should be the return to an order of dismantle of components.
  4. In conclusion fill in the fresh DOT 3 brake fluid in the tank, pump over a hydraulic path (see Pumping of a hydraulic path of the steering drive) and execute adjustment of a pedal of a foot brake (see Replacement of blocks of disk brake mechanisms of forward wheels).
