10.5. Removal and installation of the cross lever of a forward suspension bracket

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props (see the illustration Scheme of an Institution of Props for fixing of the car in the lifted situation). Remove the corresponding forward wheel. Remove stupichny assembly and a rotary fist (see Removal and installation of stupichny assembly and a rotary fist).
  2. Remove from the cross lever a spherical support (see Check of a state and replacement of spherical support of a forward suspension bracket).
  1. Give fixture and remove the cross lever of a suspension bracket.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Start the cross lever on the regular place.
  2. Establish an axial bolt with a nut and a collar of fastening of the back internal axial plug — do not tighten fixture with the required effort until the car is not lowered on the earth.
  3. Establish a spherical support.
  4. Further installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
  5. In conclusion lower the car on the earth, rock it several times for shrinkage of components, then tighten fixture with the required effort.
